Job description
Qualifications: - Provides order status and information support to customers - Enters customer purchase orders into accounting and scheduling system - Acts as customer representative to other internal departments - Acts as corporate representative to the customer - Works with Sales Engineers to communicate all aspects of customer orders with customer - Assists the Sales Manager in all duties and other tasks as assigned - Enters parts orders and confirm with customers - Generates quotes in business system from Service Reports - Follows-up on customer to submit purchase orders for service quotes - Converts quotes to order - Prepares credit paperwork for review and approval - Other duties as assigned - Previous customer service experience in electronics industry preferred - Strong attention to detail - Ability to complete tasks independently and meet strict deadlines - Ability to seek out new tasks and welcome new challenges in a fast-paced, customer- focused environment - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and various levels of management both written and verbal - High School diploma or equivalent Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here ar...
