Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the success of our production and packaging operations while supporting staff, interns, and new business ventures. Key Responsibilities: - Lead by example to ensure a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment. - Support and mentor team members, including Floaters and interns. - Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as the Blister Packaging Machine, barcode scanners and other hand tools or power tools. - Oversee all aspects of production, including packaging, assembly, sorting, and inventory control. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality control, and documentation. - Ensure security of goods, compliance with safety regulations, and adherence to company policies. - Provide support for program development and assist with materials transport as needed. - Assists with inventory of goods and materials for packaging. - May assist with independent and production line jobs, which may include packaging, assembly, sorting, and...
