Job Description Summary: This position provides hygiene, comfort, and safety needs to assigned patients of all ages, under the direct supervision of a RN. He/She may conduct psycho educational and symptom management patient groups. Responsibilities And Duties: 30% Under Supervision of a Registered Nurse, Assists in Providing Care as Appropriate 1. Establishes caring and supportive relationship with patient and family. 2. Helps patient use problem-solving and coping skills appropriately. 3. Serves as role model for healthy behaviors and effective communication skills. 4. Documents observations and patient data in accordance with hospital policy. 5.
