Description Job Summary (Essential Functions): Oversee retail operations in the Tennis Pro Shop including merchandising, promotions, managing staff, inventory, revenue growth, and member engagement. - Meet and exceed retail sales targets. - Drive revenue through production selection and promotions. - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. - Identify trends and adjust inventory accordingly. - Manage ordering, receiving, and stock levels. - Maintain appropriate inventory based on season and demand. - Track best-selling items and slow-moving products. - Conduct regular inventory counts and audits. - Create attractive and high-end retail displays. - Rotate merchandise regularly to keep the shop fresh. - Ensure displays reflect club standards and brand image. - Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing space. - Develop creative promotion and sales events. - Coordinate with Director of Tennis on events, clinics, and tournaments. - Introduce seasonal promotions (holiday, tournaments) - Increase traffic into the shop. - Provide personalized service and product recommendations. - Build relationships with members.
