Job DetailsJob Location: 26246 12 TREES LANE NW - POULSBO, WA 98370Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $21.90 - $25.10 HourlySign on bonus: $250 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months! JOB RESPONSABILITIES: Follows all PPE and safety rules and regulations as set by Watson including authorized lock out tag out procedures Daily and weekly preventative maintenance of the machines Set up the machine to start production cycle which includes basic programming, calibration and cleaning as needed Control and adjust machine settings according to the product specifications Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Inspect parts with precision and accurate measuring tools including calipers, tape measuring, etc Test the operation of machines as needed Meets productivity expectations as assigned by production leadership All other responsibilities within reason as assigned by production leadership JOB KNOWLEDGE: A basic understanding of how to operate complex machinery including CNCs* Basic machine programming and troubleshooting: How to fix basic machine issues that occur during your shift How to spot quality issues and identify machine-related mistakes utilizing the VQS tools How to m...
