About the role This is the job description for a Life Policy Administrator within a Client Servicing Team based in Madrid, Spain. The vacancy is offered by the Spanish branch of a regulated life insurance service company, Monument AssuranceServices Luxembourg Sàrl, who are part of the wider Monument Re Group. The Madrid office is a small, veryexperienced team, with the focus being on providing the highest standard of customer care to a portfolio ofinternational life insurance business. Responsibilities: The Life Policy Administrator is integral to delivering efficient policy administration, where the language of our client base is Spanish or English. The Life Policy Administrator will be a key support mechanism to the branch manager and their peers in the Client Servicing Team.
