IQVentures is looking for a motivated collections associate who is looking to help people with obtaining financial assistance by providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with repaying their debt. This position works with a department of highly motivated and successful agents who take pride in their work. Pay: base pay per hour plus monthly commission up to $3,000 Sign on bonus for experienced collectors Schedule : Rotating schedule within our Contact Center hours- 1 late night per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month: Contact Center hours are Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm Central. Location : This is a full time position located on-site in our Carrollton, Texas office.
