Senior Cost Accountant Position Summary: Full time salaried position Onsite based out of our Greendale, IN location The Senior Cost Accountant is to proactively participate in the Finance Department’s daily production review and analysis of all costs for the manufacturing site Catalent Wellness Greendale is a rapidly growing manufacturer of dietary supplements in a soft chew format. The Role: Responsible for analyzing, tracking, and reporting costs associated with production, operations, or service delivery. Plays a critical role in determining product cost accuracy, supporting pricing decisions, monitoring inventory valuation, and helping leadership understand cost drivers and profitability. Develop, maintain, and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead. Analyze actual vs. standard cost variances and identify root causes. Maintain accurate inventory valuation (raw materials, WIP, finished goods). Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger. Perform cycle count analysis and support full physical inventories.
