Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Loan Servicing Portfolio Manager ! About the role: This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of a segment of the organization’s real estate loan portfolio. Responsibilities include collaborating and maintaining relationships with mortgage bankers, borrowers and attorneys. Prepare and complete analysis and recommendations for loan events in accordance with the terms of the loan and outside the terms of the loan, this may include assumptions, modifications, collateral replacement, guarantor replacement and others. This is a remote role with required travel to the Bellevue office for in-person events a few times per year. What you will do: - Provides day-to-day facilities management support across multiple Northeast offices and Bermuda, ensuring consistency in workplace standards and operations. - Oversees maintenance, repairs, and preventive services across all assigned locations, coordinating with property management and vendors. - Prepare and complete written analysis and present to AVP Loan Administration and Senior VP. - Analysis will include property economics, valuation, comparative vs. market t...
