Senior Accountant – Commerce, CA Total Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 • Full-Time: TCI Companies is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team in Commerce, CA . This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and supporting key operational decisions across our Trucking & Brokerage business units. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do: Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP Perform monthly balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations Prepare work papers and supporting documentation for external auditors and tax firms Manage fixed asset accounting , depreciation, and ERP maintenance (Sage) Assist with general ledger transactions within the McLeod system Create and maintain desktop procedures for all accounting processes Prepare monthly/quarterly sales commissions and incentive-based compensation metrics Support data analytics and process-improvement initiatives Work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Fina...
