Job description

Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Demonstrates a strong Recovery for the community and sharing suggestions of positive steps toward sustainable Recovery - Works with counselors as a member of the client’s care team in meeting the goals in their treatment plan - Provides transportation as it pertains to helping clients further establish personal Recovery - Assists recovering person(s) in identifying their own personal interests and goals in relationship to Recovery and health - Supports connections to community based, mutual self-help groups. Attend meetings as appropriate with client(s) - Encourages client to follow recommendations of client’s counselor - Visits community resources as it pertains to connecting client’s with services/resources - Coaches recovering clients in the independent use of community supports - Participates in rotation of community hotline/weekend on call. - Facilitates client entry and successful exit from appropriate levels of care - Helps families with intervention facilitation and follow up strategies - Develops, implements, and promotes groups within the community What you’ll need to be successful: - High School diploma or equivalent required - Valid Wiscon...
