To learn more about our site and our activities: Airbus Helicopters - Marignane Your main missions will be: Handling of Claims and litigations from and towards our suppliers and customers (with support of the Legal Contracts team); Deploy and provide training internally on commercial claims, be creative in identifying new ways to increase awareness and become a real partner to internal stakeholders (procurement, sales...) Draft legal risk assessment notes to internal stakeholders; Participate to negotiations with suppliers and customers in case of dispute to ensure a resolution o...
