We’re looking for a Revenue Accountant to assist with process rental billing for Industrial property tenants. This role handles a variety of revenue accounting functions, including lease analysis, revenue analysis, tenant accounts receivable reviews, and also processes year end billings. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain floor, unit and lease and detailed square footage inventory on automated property management systems (Yardi-7S) - Detailed review of new lease and lease renewal information and entry of information into property management systems - Review property rent roll to process monthly rental billings to tenants - Process tenant miscellaneous billings and rental adjustments as required - Review and process monthly straight-line rent, bad debt accrual, and gross potential rent entries - Maintain retail tenants’ percentag...
