Construction Project Manager

Job description

The Construction Project Manager oversees a variety of real estate development and construction projects across Gold’s Gym. This position is based in Dallas, TX, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to lead projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, turnover, and grand opening. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives related to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and brand standards. The Construction Project Manager reports to the Vice President of Architecture and Construction. Project Leadership & Execution: - Lead assigned real estate projects through all phases including site due diligence, planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and occupancy. - Manage 2–3 concurrent projects ranging from $250,000 to $6M+ in construction value, varying in scope and complexity. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and operational requirements.
