Key responsibility areas include food production, quality assurance, and 100% customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create an environment that consistently provides high levels of service to our guests. - Maintain food quality standards approved by Uncle Joe’s Pizza. - Maintain Uncle Joe’s Pizza standards of portion control and quality controls. - Participate in dough production, ensuring all dough is weighed and portion controlled. - Ensure that all areas of the kitchen/ prep area are clean and spotless. - Maintain a clean and sanitary working area (Clean as you go).
