Casino Host Player Development

Job description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Casino Host will manage all aspects of a customer journey while on property, simultaneously coordinating with Executive Casino Hosts on pre- and post-trip planning. You will report to Player Development Shift Manager, and the Director of Player Development. Primary Tasks: 1. You will provide guest service including greeting guests in the casino, participating in social events/special promotions and making transportation and accommodation arrangements observing the players' needs. 2. Manage database of mid-level players to build loyalty and produce repeat business while identifying new players on the casino who meet the hosting criteria. 3. Resolve service failures; take immediate action to resolve service gaps and cement player loyalty by using comp authority or making exceptions. 4. Resolve difficult situations with guests. 5. You will evaluate a players current and potential worth according to the parameters of the comp guidelines to build loyalty and maximize return on investment. 6.
