At European LifeCare Group, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Finance Manager to join our Group Finance function. You will play a key role in a fast-growing, international organization backed by a German private equity fund, with operations across Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK. About the Role: Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take on a central role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting and robust financial processes across the Group. The position combines operational responsibility, leadership, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including Business Unit Directors. You will also be instrumental in strengthening and developing our finance function, including insourcing activities and driving process improvements.
