Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology Full-time (100%), Permanent position: Base salary will be in the range $104,616.68 - $113,920.12 + 17% super (HEW Level 7) Based at our St Lucia Campus - Brisbane About This Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Advancement Coordinator. In this role you will play a key role in delivering alumni engagement and Leadership Annual Giving initiatives across EAIT. You will lead targeted outreach, events, and communications, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and promote best practice in educational philanthropy as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. You will be required to travel for events and work after hours or on weekends from time to time. Key responsibilities will include: Engagement: Plan and deliver high-impact alumni and donor engagement initiatives across EAIT, leading events, communications, and fundraising activities. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, support EAIT alumni councils, and develop systems to track and enhance engagement outcomes.
