Summary: This job is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Cold Room (Day Room) and Vestibule and for ensuring that product meets sizing specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Must maintain current Powered Industrial Truck (Lift Truck) certification and ensure proper and safe operation of lift trucks and other material handling equipment at all times. - Directs Cold Room and Vestibule operations and personnel, and maintains area support to achieve operational goals. - Performs line checks as required or requested, including, but not limited to tunnels and intermediate lengths and ensures extra samples are taken for troubleshooting length problems. - Controls blending (dumping) of bulk product to ensure a continuous level of line flow to reduce bulk inventory and meet quality specifications.
