Pay Range: $17.13 + tips: Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to recipes and standards. - Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to create a welcoming environment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area. - Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders. - Utilize the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. - Stay updated on coffee trends and menu offerings.
