Responsibilities include: - Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance tasks across the property - Support the Assistant Chief Engineer and Director of Engineering in the day-to-day operation - Lead, support, and develop team members, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard - Manage and respond to maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to guests - Oversee preventive maintenance programs for tools, equipment, and building systems, including kitchen and mechanical areas - Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance - Monitor and communicate daily operations, priorities, and issues across shifts using approved systems and standards - Provide technical guidance and support in surface r...
