Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in full life-cycle business. - Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in building a pipeline from inception through focus and execution. - Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy. - Ability to initiate, navigate ambiguity, and grow in a team environment. - Excellent communication and collaborating skills with the ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients.
