This position is responsible for assisting with the County’s Safety Program, including implementing the County’s Respiratory Protection Program. Performs technical work in the protection of life and safety by assessing PPE needs and fit testing emergency service personnel and other county employees. Develops and delivers training on proper fit and use of PPE in accordance with OSHA standards; performs the technical work of fit testing County employees. The position will also provide training and other safety related work which align with County needs as determined by the Safety and Training Officer.
