Description SUMMARY: The Sanitation Technician is responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of all property and production assets, including facility grounds. Sanitation technicians follow the direction of the sanitation foreman, and ultimately the Food Safety Manager. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Using man lift to reach ceiling, cleans warehouse ceilings - Using man lift to power-wash warehouse ceilings and ripening rooms - Replenishes necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) - Sweeps floors and keeps the area free of debris - Operates floor scrubbing machine if necessary - Operates power wash when necessary - Uses chemicals according to company guidelines and safe practices - Performs other duties as assigned.
