SPS | Reprographics & Business Support Services SPS is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Copy & Print Associate to support high-volume reprographics and document production services within a professional corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous copy/print or reprographics experience who thrives in a fast-paced production setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional service. This position will also be cross-trained in mailroom operations to support broader business service center functions. What You’ll Do: - Process high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document production requests - Perform finishing services including binding, cutting, laminating, padding, and assembling materials - Operate and maintain production print and reprographics equipment - Monitor supplies, paper inventory, toner, and equipment functionality - Provide excellent customer service and support for client requests and deadlines - Prepare completed print jobs for delivery or shipping - Assist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues and submitting service requests - Cross-train within mailroom operations including shipping/receiving and pac...
