Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Job description

Overview Supervisor Maintenance: Plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction modifications, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in assigned plant. Job Responsibilities: 1. Establishes standards and policies for installation, modification, testing, operating procedures, inspection and maintenance of equipment according to engineering principles and safety regulations. 2. Leads, mentors, supports, and trains maintenance team. 3. Tracks and maintains optimum labor utilization and efficiency. 4. Tests newly installed machines and equipment to ensure fulfillment of contract satisfaction. 5. Management of spare parts, material and inventories. 6. Plans, coordinates, and schedules all predictive and preventative maintenance programs for structures, utilities, and equipment. 7. Provides technical support and communicates to other departments regarding process and/or equipment changes. 8. Builds and maintains relationships with other internal departments and outside services. 9. Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory laws and ISO requirements. 10.
