Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or corporate development within the technology or telecommunications sectors. - Experience managing multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations and structuring partner agreements. - Ability to communicate in English and German fluently in this partner-facing role. Preferred qualifications: - Experience mentoring, coaching, or formally managing junior partner development managers or account teams. - Strong experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Regulatory, and Sales) to deliver complex initiatives. - Deep domain expertise across messaging, omni-channel marketing, local digital advertising, in your target market and across the region. - Track record of successfully managing and growing a mature market ecosystem or launching transformational, multi-million-euro digital products. - Exceptional executive presence; comfortable pitching to, negotiating with, and influencing C-suite executives externally and executive Vice President's internally.
