Contract Manager

Job description

In the role of Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of turf and garden management, quality control, staff development and compliance throughout our client sites and facilities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, with a strong link with our NSW State Manager, you will work closely with clients and internal staff to ensure that all contracts are executed efficiently and effectively. Your extensive knowledge of maintenance practices, as well as your strong organisational and leadership abilities, will be key to your success. About You: You’re someone who takes real pride in your work. With a solid background in sports turf management, you’ve built a reputation for getting the job done right—and bringing your team along with you.
