Job description

Overview Lead and support product development efforts for the Non-Sparkling Category Portfolio, including new idea generation, prototype development, product optimization, and production start-up. In addition, translate strategic market objectives into new products, optimize designs per consumer response, and select winning ideas for commercialization. Responsibilities: Job Accountabilities: - Lead Non-Sparkling Category Development Enhancers projects. - Plan, conduct, and document product development lab work, including development of bench top prototypes, implementation and maintenance of stability testing, and scale-ups for commercialization - Formulate products by accurately preparing laboratory powders, beverages, and concentrates and submitting samples for analytical and sensory evaluation. Create beverage documents; ensure products are safe, stable, and legal - Possess technical foundation of ingredient functionality and potential interactions - Ability to conduct experiments, analyze data, and make recommendations to address technical challenges - Good communication skills both verbal and written, including timely and accurate documentation of work in system, actively commu...
