Location: New Jersey Region (travel throughout assigned market required) Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 Position Summary: Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated, solutions-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and employees across the New Jersey region. This role serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping align people strategies with business goals while driving a positive employee experience. The HRBP will lead and support key initiatives across employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
