Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview): The Senior Proposal Analyst provides analytical, compliance, and content-integration leadership across federal proposal efforts, supporting pursuits from RFP release through submission. This role combines deep understanding of solicitation requirements with hands-on proposal development experience to ensure responses are compliant, well-structured, evaluator-focused, and on schedule. The Senior Proposal Analyst serves as a key execution partner to the Proposal Manager—owning compliance artifacts, contributing to narrative development, managing cross-volume consistency, and ensuring proposal content aligns to evaluation criteria and win strategy.
