The Team: The Netflix Corporate Legal team serves as the nucleus for the entire legal organization, focusing on collaboration across global teams and partnering with all aspects of the business. The team manages complex arrangements with external stakeholders and oversees areas such as corporate governance & compliance, M&A, corporate structuring, deal strategy, third party financing, litigation, employment, real estate and legal operations. The Opportunity: The successful candidate will work as part of the company’s M&A and corporate structuring legal team , a subgroup of the corporate legal team, headquartered in Los Angeles with an enterprise wide remit.
