Job description

Purpose of the Job Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. Coordinate changes to computer databases. May plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases. Role Summary: Drive the continuous evolution of Hyundai’s HR systems across Europe. As our new HRIS Consultant (m/w/d) , you act as the regional expert for SuccessFactors and HR technology, ensuring reliable system operations, data integrity, and process excellence. Working closely with HR, IT, external partners, and regional stakeholders, you support system enhancements, drive HRIS projects, and enable data-driven HR decision-making.
