Position Description: The department of Theatre Arts are looking for interested individuals to act as Standardized Performers. Individuals will follow a script as they simulate interviews and encounters. We seek individuals interested in learning and adapting, people who are excellent listeners and can focus on the educational goals of the session. We are looking for candidates that have strong recall skills and a desire to enhance student learning. A flexible schedule, reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are all required as well. Key Responsibilities: Realistic Portrayal: Memorize and deliver scripted content to simulate authentic interviews and professional encounters. Dynamic Performance: Adapt character roles in real-time to meet the specific educational goals of each simulation. Constructive Feedback: Provide learners with honest, respectful, and actionable feedback based on their performance.
