CAMS is part of the Associa family. Blue Ridge Mountain Club Property Owner’s Association, a mountain community located in Boone, NC, managed by CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a Part-time Fitness Attendant. The pay rate for this position is $15/hourly. The schedule is 3 days per week from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: - Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning fitness and recreation equipment - Setting up and cleaning rooms for spa treatments - Welcoming guests, explaining programs and activities - Stocking and taking inventory - Providing owners/guests with information about the community and the surrounding area - Reporting and resolving complaints, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring rules and regulations are enforced - Attendants may also assist with recreational programs and organize special events.
