Field Service Engineer – Separation & Decanters

Job description

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Service team in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for executing service, maintenance, repair, and installation activities on customer sites while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a team of service engineers and technicians and contribute to continuous improvement of service performance. Responsibilities / Tasks: - Execute service, maintenance, installation, and repair activities at customer sites across Turkey - Apply knowledge of decanters and separators , including operational principles, related processes, and repair techniques, to troubleshoot issues and support investigation reports and operational inspections to improve equipment efficiency - Assemble and disassemble mechanical equipment such as decanters, separators, homogenizers, valves, and pumps in the workshop or at customer sites, in accordance with GEA working instructions and quality standards - Work in close coordination with a team of service engineers and technicians , ensuring timely completion of work and compliance with GEA quality and safety requirements - Attend technical...
