Benefits: Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Employee discounts - Opportunity for advancement - Training & development - Flexible schedule - Assist all levels of highly personalized, technical, warm, fun, efficent service. - Work closely with Servers, Management and Guests to ensure a technically exceptional experience. - Assistant Servers in Food Delivery, Service of Guests, Table Maintenance, Hospitality based Guest Experience. - Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. - Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants. - Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash. - Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant. - Able to interact with guests and staff in a friendly/fast manner. - Treat guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
