We're looking for a sociable and enthusiastic Breakfast and Banquet Server to make sure our guests have everything they need during lunches, meetings, events and banquets. This person, who enjoys making friendly connections with people, contributes to a high-quality experience during service periods, whether moving a table, cleaning a station or serving a tasty beverage. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Prepare rooms for lunches, meetings, banquets and events: stations, tables, etc. - Respond to requests and assist guests throughout the service; bring what's missing, handle payment, etc. - Always offer an attractive presentation and a sufficient quantity of food and beverages during the event: restock as needed. - Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and cleaning of premises and equipment in accordance with health, safety and sanitation requirements. - Work as a team with the kitchen and other team members to ensure quality service that is both smooth and enjoyable.
