Construction Field Coordinator Department: Construction: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Lakeland: Reporting To: Construction Manager: Description: The Construction Field Coordinator is responsible for residential and commercial Hybrid.Fiber Coaxial (HFC) construction projects and Fiber to the Unit (FTTU) builds. Key Responsibilities: - Work with your team and vendors to develop plans for each network build including designs, BOMs, budgets and contractor selection. - Set standards for construction and work with your team to do quality control checks on each project at regular intervals to ensure compliance with standards. - Meet with homeowner associations, businesses, and local governments to review the construction process and to address questions and concerns. - Validate current plan designs. - Gather relevant information regarding scope of work, costs related to Residential. - Subdivision and MDU Builds, small line extensions, cable replacements, and forced relocations. - Track and approve daily production while managing the as built and invoicing process. - Coordinate basic construction projects through contract labor for building, repairing, and maintaining HFC. - Ensur...
