The opportunity: We are looking for an experienced AML Technology Lead to join our growing Banking & Capital Markets delivery team serving EY’s DACH practice. In this role, you will lead the implementation and evolution of financial crime technology solutions for major banking clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — from transaction monitoring and sanctions screening to KYC automation and case management. You will be the technical owner of AML delivery: shaping architecture, guiding developers, and working directly with EY local practice teams and client stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into working systems.
