Commercial Roofing Project Manager Location: Springfield, MA Territory: Projects throughout New England (MA, CT, RI, NH, VT, ME) Job Type: Full-Time JD Rivet Roofing, sister company of Ameritech Contracting, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from contract award through final completion. The Project Manager will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the quality standards JD Rivet Roofing is known for. This role serves as the primary link between clients, field supervisors, and company leadership. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: - Manage roofing projects from pre-construction through final closeout - Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met - Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors - Work closely with Roofing Foremen to ensure efficient job site operations - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality - Resolve job site challenges and maintain production timelines Budget & Cost Management: - Review job cost reports and identify o...
