Description CPIhealth has an excellent opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator for a hybrid role to work at a designated location when onsite. The purpose of this position is to coordinate, provide support, lead, and maintain various projects within the Quality and Compliance Department. Essential Functions: - Coordination of internal auditing program; work with operational leadership to ensure that process and procedure are being followed and all survey citations are corrected. - Coordination of coding audit program (across all disciplines); new provider reviews, provider education, billing requests per CPIHealth compliance plan. - Partner with all departments to review, develop, train and maintain process and procedure that meets regulatory and best practice standards. Project work may include facilitating meetings, training, analysis, sending action plans, QAPI, scorecards, TQM tools such as RCA, FMEA, etc. - Work in conjunction with or at the direction of the Quality and Compliance Director to monitor standards and CMS regulations for compliance on an ongoing basis; maintain a constant state of readiness for survey.
