Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for: - Achieve their sales quota and sets a personal quota which should exceed the Company’s standard - Develop and maintain target account system for major prospective clients, - Ensure that all goods and services sold are at a fair price and within Company policy on pricing, selling and collection - Maintain sales support and presentations materials in an organized and professional manner - Provide Manager with a regular report of activities; complete sales reports on time - Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume - Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned; Attend and participate in seminars, professional conferences - Maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times What we need from you: Strong sales skills with knowledge of the complete sales cycle - 3 or more years of outside sales experience with an emphasis on prospecting and new customer development in the service industry. - Pest management industry experience an asset - Excellent written and verbal communicat...
