Position Title: Total Compensation Specialist Department: People and Culture Position Type: Full-Time Continuing Classification: MPE Band D Salary Range: $55,906.50 to $68,289.00 based on 37.5 hours per week (2025 rates) Posting Date: May 26, 2026 Closing Date: June 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM AST Position Description: The Total Compensation Specialist is an integral part of the People and Culture team responsible for the day-to-day administration of the University's payroll and benefits programs within their assigned portfolio. The Specialist is responsible for employee set up/data entry to the University’s Human Resources Information System as well as preparing the University’s payroll. The Specialist ensures adherence to governing legislation and regulations, best practices, University policies, collective agreements, and strict deadlines.
