Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: RO Washington Township - Sewell, NJ 08080Position Type: Part TimeEducation Level: Masters DegreeJob Shift: Day ShiftJob Summary: The Hand Therapist performs the duties of an OT or PT with a specific emphasis on treating and splinting hand and upper extremity injuries of the adolescent, adult and geriatric orthopedic population. Key Accountabilities: Patient visits per week must be at least 60 for 40 hour week. Visits per week are prorated by actual expected hours worked. Essential Duties: Provides hand therapy services to patients in a fast-paced hand and orthopaedic clinic, including the fabrication of static and dynamic splints and orthotics. Provides evaluations, treatments, and goal setting for patients. Performs custom fabrication of static and dynamic splints/orthoses. Evaluates and documents patients' progress and adjusts programs to achieve maximum benefits.
