Pay: $18/hr Schedule: 1st Shift, 7a-330p: 24 hrs /week (0.6 FTE) *Every other weekend availability required Are you passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives from addiction? As a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) at Recovery Centers of America (RCA ) , you will be an integral part of the patient care team, providing direct support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders. Your role is vital in ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment where patients can focus on their recovery journey. What You'll Do: As a Recovery Support Specialist at RCA, you will: - Monitor patient activities, provides safety checks throughout shift, completes documentation to include but not limited to, rounds sheet, End of Shift reports; records patient behavior. - Participate in direct patient care including ensuring patient safety, interacting therapeutically. Assists in the activities of patients daily schedule. - Partner with Clinical staff to conduct a welcoming New Patient Orientation - Aid and instruct patients in facilitation and presentation of the RCA Clinical Curriculum with corresponding notes in medical records system. - Understand the principles of 12-...
