The Regional Human Resources Support Specialist provides multi-site HR support across the region, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies, federal and state employment laws, and best practices. This role serves as a key resource for leave of absence administration (including FMLA and state-specific leave programs), assists with payroll processing, and supports the HR team with employee relations, onboarding, and compliance initiatives. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Administer and track FMLA and state-specific leave programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. - Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers regarding leave eligibility, documentation, and return-to-work procedures. - Work with internal payroll to facilitate timely payment of benefits for employees on leave, as needed. - Oversee and support biweekly payroll processing for assigned locations, ensuring accuracy and timely s...
