POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Analyst Real Estate is responsible for management and maintenance of the mission critical real property database. The incumbent owns the ongoing oversight, standardization, and performance reporting of the real estate management platform (TANGO), ensuring accurate decision-ready information and disciplined process controls. The Sr. Analyst Real Estate is accountable for aligning processes and stakeholders (Real Estate Managers, Real Estate Legal, Lease Accounting, landlords, external brokers, suppliers, and internal operations leaders) to execute the real estate portfolio strategy. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Directs transaction pipeline, portfolio, and critical date reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Oversees abstraction of critical lease and contract information into TANGO, ensuring adherence to standards and internal controls. Reviews, organizes, and quality-checks lease and contract documents, including clause capture and bookmarking, in alignment with local practices.
