About the Role As the State Compliance and Business Manager – WA/SA/QLD, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring our campuses across Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland operate with the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and compliance. This role provides both strategic and hands-on oversight across governance, risk, and compliance functions, supporting the long-term sustainability of OneSchool Global across these regions. You’ll work closely with state and national stakeholders, providing practical guidance and solutions across WHS, risk, finance, People & Culture, IT, transport, insurance, and Working With Children compliance, while fostering a strong culture of governance and continuous improvement. This role can be based at any of our campuses in Western Australia or Queensland and will require travel across WA, SA, and QLD.
