Description Position Summary: The Guest Services Agent provides information that is requested by the callers and serves as a liaison for the guest and operational departments. As well, greets callers with enthusiasm while understanding their requests and maintaining the high Biltmore standards. This position requires consistent adherence to policies and procedures of the department as outlined in the Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOP’S). Responsibilities: - Answer internal call for guest. - Answer external calls. - Transfer calls to requested department. - Take guest requests for restaurant reservations, etc. - Make reservations for guests for the Biltmore’s restaurant outlets. - Print reports every 3 hours from Property Management System (Megasys). - Provide Wakeup calls for guests. - Use HotSOS for guests and department requests/orders. - Have full understanding of hotel outlets and amenities. Requirements: Experience and Education Required: - Education High School Diploma required: Minimum one year of PBX experience preferred - Experience Skills Required: Must be able to: - Speak, read, write and understand the English language. - Compute accurate mathematical calcula...
